once bankrupt and still trading as soul trader can i work for someone else who has set up a business, ie i sub contract to those on days that i am not busy
Do i need to tell the reciever that i am doing so? As i am a self employed Window cleaner and all the work i have has been generated by word of mouth or leaflet drops. The person i would be working for already has his own business but is very keen to get into window cleaning as there are 1000s of houses with dirty windows and only a couple of window cleaners where we live. He is much more assertive than i am so we have spoken and he has said that he will canvass door to door and see if any 1 wants there windows cleaned but he wants me to show him how to work it physically and he will pay me but having been made bankrupt not so long ago i am very dubious as i am still trading.... If he manages to get a lot of work how would we stand by us using my van tools and knowledge BUT his work??????
