not been on for a while,i declared bankrupt in january this year and after discussion with the or i havent been given an ipa.i have been offered some overtime at work which could bring me an extra 200 pound next month.as this will probebly be a one off where do i stand with the or.should i ring them to inform them about this.confused.
It's best to mention this to the OR and also that this is probably going to be a one-off. They may allow you to keep the money as it won't be an on-going increase in wages but it is always better to be completely open with the OR.
The OR can ask for bank statements, pay slips, etc. at any point during the IPA so it's better for him/her to find out about any pay increases (even one-off) from you rather than when checking your statements.
