Depending on your reasons for declaring BR this time you may end up with a BRU but this will really depend upon you reasons for BR last time and this time.

HI My last bankruptcy was credit cards and bank loan this time its same thing but my bank made it worse as I kept going in saying struggling with the payments all they wanted to do is lend me more and more till now am in the same situation only thing I did do is buy new tv but thats 1 + 1/2 years ago
Chances are that you will end up with a BRU as you will be declaring BR for the same reason twice. Although a BRU isn't good it isn't the end of the world. It will mean that you won't be able to get any loans or credit cards for a few years, which isn't a bad thing.
If BR is your only option then it's best to go for it and try not to worry about a probable BRU.
Hi there should be no BRU for a double bankruptcy in this case as the one in Jan 2004 was under the old legislation. The BRO/BRU cannot take into account the first bankruptcy as it was under adifferent legislative system
