help me please,some of my credit cards were handed over to a debt recovery.what will i put in my list of unsecured creditors?is it the credit cards where i took the money or the debt recovery?
One of mine was handed off to a debt recovery agency and I just put the actual credit card company on the form and then mentioned during the OR's interview that the debt had been handed off to an agency and gave the details.
