I was made BR in July 2008 following redundancy and since November 2008 have been making payments under my IPA. It now looks like I'm about to be made redundant again. Am I able to re-agree my payments if I am unemployed or on a lower wage? I'm currently earning £20k and pay £104 pcm.

BR July 2008, discharge July 2009. 12 IPA down, 24 to go!

Hi,

Sorry to hear about the redundancy.

Yes, every time your income changes (increase or decrease) you are obliged to inform the OR/RTLU within 21 days. They will send you a new I&E form to complete and then a new IPA will be agreed.
