Where can I get the full apllication form to declare Bankruptcy? Do I need to pay Court Fee if I'm not working? thank you.

Hi,

You can find the forms here:

https://www.insolvencydirect.gov.uk/isolv

You will need to pay the court fee, but I believe it's reduced.

i am just doing mine heres the link i think its correct , you also need to print form 6.27 i think...although im no expert... im just starting the form tonight... good luck :)

The alternative is to contact your local county court ask to speak to the bankruptcy clerk (they may direct you to another court as not all courts have bankruptcy jurisdiction) ask for a pack to be sent to you for filing your petition in bankruptcy (all they will want to know at this stage is your name and address, it is a good idea to also ask whilst on the form when their next available appointment is as some courts are booking up to 4 weeks ahead, they are that busy, some though will fit you in that week
